A Path Back to Ancient Wisdom – Remembering What We’ve Always Known

Deep within us lies an ancient wisdom – a primordial knowledge that many of us have forgotten, yet continues to live on. For me, encountering the Yggdrasil Shamanic School became a path back to this wisdom. A journey where my tantric background, shamanic practices, and everyday life could interweave into one unified whole. This is how it feels to finally find a place where everything belongs.

I have always been a searching soul. I’ve walked many paths, attended countless workshops, met numerous teachers – but it wasn’t until I found Paul-Esben and the Yggdrasil Shamanic School that I truly felt like coming home.

Because what he shares isn’t just about knowledge. It’s about uncovering something ancient, something authentic – a wisdom we all carry within, but which has often been forgotten or suppressed in our modern world.

Weaving the Threads – Shamanism, Tantra, and Daily Life

What makes this journey so precious to me is how everything weaves together into a whole: Shamanism, connection with nature, daily life, tantra – everything finds its place. These aren’t separate parts, but threads in the same tapestry. And it provides me with a life philosophy that actually works in modern life.

It’s a journey of rediscovering what we already know, but have forgotten. A path back to something that has always been there.

A Teaching Method That Creates Space

Many ask: Can you really learn shamanism online? I’ve had that thought myself. But now I know the answer: Yes. Not only is it possible – it can be deeply transformative.

The digital learning has given me freedom, continuity, and a completely different level of presence. I can revisit and review content repeatedly, discovering something new each time. Learning at my own pace creates a sense of calm that allows knowledge to settle and grow within me.

And most importantly: I take what I learn into my life. Into nature, into my relationships, into the everyday moments. It’s not just theory – it’s practice. Living practice.

A Teacher Who Opens Spaces – Not Closes Them

Pål-Esben has a rare ability to convey deep wisdom in an accessible and grounded way. He doesn’t provide ready-made answers. Instead, he offers tools – and freedom. This approach allows me to experience, understand, and find my own path.

I never feel pushed in a particular direction. Rather, I feel invited – to listen, wonder, feel deeply, and choose what resonates with me.

And when Maria (his wife) joins, she brings a soft yet powerful energy that enriches the whole experience. Together, they create a team that holds a safe, vibrant, and inclusive space.

Content That Unifies – Not Divides

What I love about the teaching is its all-encompassing nature. It’s profound, comprehensive, yet practical. It addresses nature connection, consciousness, primal power, and returning to what’s natural and authentic. It builds bridges – between East and West, between ancient and modern, between inner and outer realms.

For me, this is what I’ve been searching for over many years. While I’ve participated in in-depth tantric trainings that offered valuable insights, shamanism was the missing piece. Here, I finally experience everything coming together. And it resonates deeply with my soul.

Physical Gatherings – Anchors and Highlights

While I greatly value the digital teaching, the physical gatherings are truly extraordinary. They provide a dimension of community, deep connection, and presence that words cannot adequately describe.

For me, it represents a pinnacle of the year. But it’s more than that – it serves as an anchor, a catalyst that provides direction and nourishment for the next phase in my personal journey.

This journey isn’t merely about acquiring new knowledge. It’s about reconnecting with something ancient. Something authentic. Something profoundly human and alive. And for the first time, I feel I’ve discovered a place, a community, and a practice that truly embraces all aspects of who I am. It’s a gift for which I’m eternally grateful.
