Welcome to this collection of articles on the path to spiritual awakening. What does it actually mean to be spiritually awakened or spiritually enlightened? It is not about floating above the ground. Not about becoming someone who never feels pain. Not about withdrawing from the world to meditate on a mountaintop.
Spiritual awakening is about coming home to yourself. It is about rediscovering the innocent joy you had as a child, but this time fully conscious. It is about freeing yourself from the ego’s grip, so you can live from the heart. It is about seeing reality as it actually is, not filtered through layer upon layer of fear, expectations and old wounds.
In this article series, I take you on a journey: from the original pure mind you were born with, through the dark night of the soul, to the second birth that awaits on the other side.

Nature’s Path to Freedom and Self-Realization

In this short online course I tell the story of my own path from skeptical engineer to teacher of primordial shamanism, and give you a first introduction to what I teach: what shamanism and primordial shamanism are and are not, how rituals and rune magic are used in practice, and why the longing for growth matters so much for a good life.
