Get in touch

Do you have a question? Write to me, and I will answer as soon as I can.

Whether it is about the courses and training programs at Yggdrasil Shamanic School, life guidance, the books or something else entirely: write a few words in the form, and I will reply by email, usually within a few days. If I am traveling or teaching a seminar, it may take a little longer.

The form is for questions. If you need guidance in your own situation, life guidance is the place: a conversation you book and pay for on that page, and then we agree on a time.

Good to know

As soon as I can, usually within a few days. If I am traveling or teaching a seminar, it may take a little longer.

I live in Germany. Life guidance takes place on video (Zoom) or with me there, and the courses are online with personal follow-up on video.

No. Personal guidance I give in life guidance, which you book on that page (150 Euro per session, paid in advance through Stripe); then we agree on a time by email. Questions about courses, training programs and books I am happy to answer here.

All courses and training programs are so far in Norwegian. The English version of the free online course will be ready in November or December 2026, and I plan to teach the introductory course and the basic training live for the first English group in 2027. Everything begins with the free online course, and admission to the other courses opens after it. Leave your email on the page for the free online course if you want to be notified.

Here. Choose “Courses and training programs at Yggdrasil Shamanic School” in the form and write which course it concerns, and we will sort it out.

Please do. Choose “Talks, podcast and collaboration” and tell me briefly about the occasion, who the audience is and when it takes place.
