I Have Become a Better Version of Myself

Sometimes personal growth happens so quietly that you barely notice it until you look back and realize: I am a different person now. That’s how it has been for me. Through my journey with the Yggdrasil shamanic school, I have become a better version of myself – as a father, partner, colleague, and human being. I have found greater peace, gained deeper insight, and learned to meet life with both more curiosity and more humility.

There are moments in life when something changes so fundamentally that it affects your entire way of seeing the world – and yourself. For me, starting at the Yggdrasil shamanic school was such a moment. It wasn’t just the beginning of an educational journey. It was the start of a profound developmental journey that has transformed me into a better version of myself – as a man, father, colleague, and fellow human being.

What has perhaps made the strongest impression on me is the inner peace I have found. I handle everyday challenges in a completely different way now than before. Nature teaches us about balance, cycles, transformation – and about being in flow with what is. It serves as a quiet yet powerful teacher that helps us understand our place in the greater tapestry of existence.

Learning That You Don’t Know

Something else that has deeply touched me is the realization of how little I actually know – despite everything I’ve learned. The more I learn, the more humble I become. Life is incredibly complex, both on the material and spiritual planes. It’s easy to jump to quick conclusions, but reality is rarely black and white. It’s diverse, paradoxical, and rich in nuances.

Gaining insight into how much I still have to discover has been both challenging and liberating.

An Education for Life

What has meant the most to me is being part of the Yggdrasil shamanic school – this community and learning process. It has been the foundation for everything else. It has provided me with tools, insights, community, and support to grow – both as a human being and as a soul.

The teaching format perfectly suits my shift work schedule. Being able to follow the lessons online, at my own pace, while doing practical exercises in nature, has been absolutely crucial. It’s flexible, yet profound and impactful.

Every time I delve deeper into the teachings, new perspectives unfold. It’s a field of knowledge that is both comprehensive and dynamic – and that’s precisely what makes it so fascinating. Pål-Esben has a remarkable ability to make even the most complex concepts accessible and practical. He builds bridges between the spiritual and the practical realms – providing us with tools we can implement in our daily lives.

I am profoundly grateful for all I have experienced through the Yggdrasil shamanic school. This journey has transformed my life – and me.
