The training extends over 6-8 months and is carefully designed to support holistic, grounded, yet spiritual development. Throughout the journey, you will receive 12 personal follow-up conversations with Pål-Esben, where you get individual support, insight, and help to integrate everything you experience along the way.

Yggdrasil Shamanic School Senior Shaman Training
For those who have completed the basic training and feel called to go even deeper – into the more advanced layers of shamanic reality – the senior shaman training opens the door to a new experience of reality.
In this training, you step into the deeper layers of our spiritual anatomy and light body structure. You will explore advanced rune magic, work with healing and understanding of deep-seated and crystallized karma, karmic cycles, fields, and vasanas. Here you are introduced to powerful initiation rituals exclusively for advanced shamans, as well as methods like shamanic clairvoyance, precognition, chakra reading, priordial shamanic energetic acupuncture and meridian teaching, development of the shaman’s energetic clear-seeing ++++ much more…
The Senior Shaman Training takes you into the next level of the profound primordial shamanic development process.
The training extends over 6-8 months and is meticulously structured to support a holistic, grounded, yet spiritual development. Throughout the journey, you will receive 12 personal follow-up sessions with Pål-Esben, where you get individual guidance, insights, and assistance to integrate all you learn and experience along the way.
The Primordial Shamanic Path to Unity and Spiritual Enlightenment
After completing the senior shaman training, you’re invited to continue the journey into the deepest mysteries of primordial shamanism – a path toward inner unity, spiritual awakening, and liberation from all that binds consciousness to time and space.
This 18-month advanced program is designed for those seeking lasting transformation and direct experience of Spiritual Enlightenment. Throughout this journey, you will receive 24 personal follow-up sessions with Pål-Esben, providing you with individual support, insight, and guidance to integrate all your learnings and experiences.
This is the ultimate journey home – for those who are ready.
Yggdrasil Shamanic School 1st Degree Teacher Training
After completing the advanced program in The Primordial Shamanic Path to Unity and Spiritual Enlightenment, you may be invited to the 1st degree teacher training at Yggdrasil Shamanic School.
This training qualifies you to teach the entire basic training curriculum, including all 10 seminars.
Through the teacher training, you will deepen your understanding of:
- What it means to be a spiritual teacher
- Understanding the inner structure of seminars and basic training
- Group psychology and dynamics, and how to cultivate healthy, harmonious, and joyful groups
- Planning and conducting seminars, from concept to execution
- How to establish and run your own seminar business sustainably
- Rites of passage (birth, baptism, confirmation, and handfasting)
- Yggdrasil death rituals and guiding individuals safely through the death process
- Introduction to your personal Death Guide
- The Primordial Shamanic Initiation Rituals tied to each module in the basic training and how to perform them with your students

The training concludes with a thesis and examination, marking completion of the 1st teaching degree.
Yggdrasil Shamanic School 2nd Degree Teacher Training
After completing the 1st Degree Teacher Training, you may be invited to the 2nd degree teacher training at Yggdrasil Shamanic School.
This training qualifies you to teach the entire Yggdrasil Shamanic School Senior Shaman Training, including all teaching modules.
Yggdrasil Shamanic School Junior Tradition Bearer Training
After completing the 2nd Degree Teacher Training, you may be invited to the Junior Tradition Bearer Training at Yggdrasil Shamanic School.
This training is designed for those who wish to delve deeper into primordial shamanic wisdom at an advanced level. You will learn exceptionally powerful and advanced magic, and be prepared to carry forward Yggdrasil’s living shamanic tradition.
As part of your development, you will also be trained to teach and guide teachers at the 1st and 2nd degree levels, enabling you to contribute to the continuation of the school’s path of wisdom.
Yggdrasil Shamanic School Senior Tradition Bearer Training
After completing the Junior Tradition Bearer Training, you may be invited to the Senior Tradition Bearer Training at Yggdrasil Shamanic School.
This is the most advanced training in the school’s teaching tradition – an in-depth journey for those ready to carry the entire tradition forward in its purest and most vibrant form.
As a Senior Tradition Bearer, you are both guardian and creator. You learn how to evolve the tradition in harmony with your time, and how to create anew from the unmanifested potential in Unity.
You step into a deeper responsibility where you are trained to become a bearer of wisdom to guide other souls on the Primordial Shamanic Path toward Unity and Spiritual Enlightenment.
