Online workshop with Grandmaster Wolf · 7 and 8 November 2026

Practical information and guidelines for the workshop

Here is what you need in order to take part, and the rules that apply to everyone. Please read this page before the workshop, so you know what is expected of you and what you can expect from us.

About the workshop

Two days on Zoom, and a Q&A the week after

The workshop is held live on Zoom on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026, 14:00 to 18:00 Central European Time (CET), with one break each day, followed by a Q&A on Friday 13 November, 14:00 to 16:00 CET. Everything is in English. The sessions are recorded, and the recordings are available to participants for 90 days after the workshop.

All times are Central European Time (CET, UTC+1). If you live in another time zone, please check what the times correspond to where you are.

This is a live gathering for spontaneous insights, dialogue and guided exercises. It is not a structured course, a programme or a certification. Grandmaster Wolf is present throughout both workshop days and the Q&A.

Before you take part

What you need

  • A computer, tablet or phone with a working camera and microphone. Cameras stay on throughout the workshop. You only need the microphone when you want to share, respond or ask a question live; questions can also be asked in the chat.
  • A stable internet connection. Cable or good wifi is better than mobile data.
  • The Zoom app installed and tested in advance. You do not need a Zoom account. Download the app at zoom.us/download and test your camera and sound at zoom.us/test.
  • A quiet room where you can sit undisturbed for four hours. Headphones give better sound and fewer distractions.
  • The Zoom link from the email. It is personal and must not be shared (see below).

During the workshop

How to take part

  • Join in good time. The meeting opens 60 minutes before the start, and you are admitted from the waiting room under the name you registered with.
  • Keep your camera on throughout the workshop, and take an active part in the guided exercises. It supports the sense of presence in the group.
  • Keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking.
  • Questions are asked in the slots set aside for them, and in the chat when the host invites you to.
  • Be respectful towards Grandmaster Wolf and the other participants. Everyone is there to learn.
  • The workshop is teaching for a group. Questions about your personal situation or personal life guidance do not belong here.
  • You may not record, screenshot or stream the workshop. The recordings and the Zoom link are for you as a participant and must not be passed on.

Questions and rules

Asking questions, and what happens on a breach

Asking questions during the workshop

Grandmaster Wolf responds to selected questions related to the content he shares. Time is limited, so we cannot guarantee that every individual question will be answered. The follow-up Q&A on 13 November has the same scope: a two-hour session for selected questions about what was shared during the weekend. Personal questions seeking individual life guidance will not be addressed. Questions can be asked live when you are given the floor, or written in the chat, where the host reads them out.

Breaches of the guidelines

Bad behaviour is not accepted. Anyone who disrupts the workshop or breaks the guidelines is removed from the live workshop. You keep access to the recordings, but there is no refund.

Recordings, absence and cancellation

The recordings, your connection and if you cannot be there

Recordings and privacy

The sessions are recorded. With your camera on, you may be visible in the recording when you ask a question or are on screen. This only applies if you speak or ask a question; no video or images of individual participants are recorded during the workshop, only of those who speak. If you prefer to stay anonymous, ask your question in the chat and ask that your name is not mentioned when the question is read out. The recordings are used in teaching for current and future students, as stated in the terms and conditions (section 1.5). By registering you accept this. See the privacy policy for details.

If your internet fails or you lose the connection

If you lose the connection, join again with the same personal link. If you cannot get in straight away, wait a moment and try again; you will be admitted from the waiting room again. If you switch to another device, for example your phone on mobile data, the first device must have left the meeting. Whatever you missed is in the recording: all sessions are recorded, and you get an email when the recordings are ready. Should the problem be on our side, you will get an email about what happens next. Use a cable or good wifi where you can, and close other programs that use the network.

If you cannot attend live

All sessions are recorded, and you have access to the recordings of both workshop days and the follow-up Q&A for 90 days after the workshop, even if you are unable to attend live. We do recommend joining live when you can. You will get an email when the recordings are ready on the page “Grandmaster Wolf: recordings”.

Cancellation

Registration is binding once payment is completed. The terms and conditions for purchases on wanvig.no apply. Everyone gets access to the recordings of the workshop, even if you are unable to attend live.
